Machine upgrades this week

    I am going to be moving all the DragonFly machines over to the
    latest RELEASE branch this week.  There may be a bit of downtime here
    and there but I do not expect any major issues to crop up.

    Crater.dragonflybsd.org, in particular, is still running 1.4, and
    Leaf is running 1.7.
