vnode_pager.c patch needs testing

    It's unrelated but it is a bug that has been reported off and on for
    years.  If I can reproduce it in a vkernel I may be able to finally
    track it down.

    What vkernel config did you use with regards to the memory size
    specified and the size of the virtual disk(s) ?
