How to keep kernel up-to-date with Security/Errata Fixes?

Installed 1.4.0-RELEASE as a VMware guest.

FreeBSD has Security and Errata branches for production releases.

Could not find the same for Dragonfly.

After reading the Handbook and "/usr/src/UPDATING" as well, compiled new lightweight kernel (2MB vs. GENERIC kernel's 20+MB).

"uname -v" prints in part "DragonFly 1.4.2-RELEASE #0: Tue Mar 21 14:44:48 EST 2006 ... "

Not sure that this new kernel is what I'm looking for.

Any ideas?
