How to compile lib/libisc ? (Work in progress: updating to BIND 9.3.2)

Ooops, that line in libisc/Makefile saying

INCS+=           ${HEADERS:S/^/${BIND_DIR}\/lib\/isc\/unix\/include\/isc\//g}

Is not meant to be in there, ignore it.
