Intel ICH6-M ATA patch

:     Hey guys, I know that NATA will soon render the following patch
:[1] obsolete, but it helps me reach full speed with the drive in my
:lappie. The diff is against HEAD.

    It will be committed.

    NATA will replace ATA, but it is not going to happen in the January
    release.  It will probably because the default in HEAD in 3 months or so,
    and will be the default for the July release (6 months from now), after
    we've had a good long time to test it.
