DDB_UNATTENDED in the GENERIC kernel config file ?

    I'm on the fence on that one.   Whether we compile it in or not,
    the _debug.debugger_on_panic sysctl is always available (the option
    just changes the default).  What we might want to do instead is
    is create a RCNG variable to make setting the mode easier (rather
    then make the sysop put a sysctl line in /etc/sysctl.conf).
