I can provide more information (and plenty of core dumps :D) if needed.

Yes, please. I think I hit a similiar issue once, but couldn't get
a coredump. I'd like to have to config file too, if you can reproduce
the problem with it.
Joerg
The config file is pretty simple:

drive d1 device /dev/ad4e
drive d2 device /dev/ad2e
drive d3 device /dev/ad3e
volume data
  plex org raid5 433k
    sd length 152625m drive d3
    sd length 152625m drive d2
    sd length 152625m drive d1
ad2 and ad3 are existing disks, ad4 does not exists.
The system crashes every time I try to use 'vinum create' on it.
You can take the dump and the kernel from here:
http://marcorighele.dyndns.org/dragonfly/kernel.0.bz2
http://marcorighele.dyndns.org/dragonfly/vmcore.0.bz2
They're being served from an ADSL so probably it will take a while to
download them (I'm new to core dumps so I have no idea if there's a way
to reduce their size beside using bzip2).
