cvs id cleanup in sys/dev/netif

Hi All,

After looking at some code in netif directory I noticed there was
large number of messed up cvs ids (duplicate $FreeBSD ids, $NetBSD ids
before the license, tab indented ids, etc). In order words, big
difference from what style(9) says. 

I can clean it up, and Liam has offered to commit it. So I'm waiting for
something like "Yes, please do" reply before I start.
