Maybe some name to indicate that the tag itself is moving, and not
a frozen point in time?  E.g.:  LATEST_SAFEBUILD  RECENT_RESTSTOP
or MOVING_TARGET (heh).
Yes and ofcourse SITTING_DUCK for the point release ;-)
