vfs megapatch 09 (not for the faint of heart)

Hi!

    Here's mega patch 09, relative to HEAD.  This is not for the faint of
    heart.
Actually it's quite solid.

Working with misc/screen.
Compiled and ran X without fuss.
Maybe I should try to head for kde-3.3. ;-)
Can't test NFS at home unfortunately though.
Or are local exports telling anything for you?
