Strange df(1) output

On DragonFly there is a very small amount of the filesystem which is
allocated so that only root can write to it.  This was added so
servers could go on functioning correctly if say logs fill up a
filesystem or a user fills up a filesystem.  If you have a disk shows
over 100% usage its time to go a little fall cleaning. :-)
