    I don't know.  If you have such a beast try it and tell us what
    happens!  I would expect that it would not make a big difference.

I am happy to run a comparison with SMP and without.
Do you know off hand a reasonable test to compare the two? Make 
buildworld time?
make -jX buildworld could be a good test (what are the suggestions for 
X? I'd say 4). Maybe also ports/benchmarks/nbench.
