    No, it's just a news server.   Justin C. Sherrill has a mailing 
list
    archive interface basically ready to go, and that will certainly 
have
    an HTML interface.
I was under the impression that Justin's archive was more or
less a 'snapshot' archive not being a completely comprehensive
archive.
