dhclient broken today

I wonder if this is related to my troubles with ifconfig.  When I rebooted
after upgrading the kernel yesterday, ifconfig did not work.  I cvsupped and
tried again, and this time it worked, so I built and installed world.  After
rebooting, it did not work again.  But I found that if I did "route flush"
and "ifconfig $ifconfig_dc0" manually it worked okay.  I played around with
it for a while, but I couldn't make it work if I rebooted or ran "sh
/etc/rc.d/network start", only if I ran it manually.
