It's a lofty goal. But pursuing it is probably worthwhile, even if it's
only for the nifty reports generated along the way. Here's another one:

I don't think it's 100% doable with existing infrastructure (e.g. what
if one of those macros is inside an #ifdef block?) But we're pretty
close. The metadata is there, it's just not organized well enough...
