    I don't think its a big deal to steal a slice bit to make
    a partition bit and bump the label from 8 to 16.  The only
    real issue is that we have to shift the boot2 code back
    to an offset of 512 and reinstall the boot code.  Right now
    it is snuggled up to the end of the partition.

    I'll do this today.
