Different folks had suggested that .test didn't need to be archived, and
I suppose it doesn't, really, but it'd still be handy, if for no other
reason as a way to test changes in the page layout and so on.  Also,
that index is built automatically, and I forgot to remove the caption
part.  (oops)

I replaced it; all the lists are now completely rebuilt, with
obfusticated addresses.
