:I hope this is the correct forum for user-type questions.
:
:I have the latest CVS version of DragonFly, having cvsup'ed my FreeBSD
:4.10 to DragonFlyBSD 1.0-CURRENT. I get the umass BBB bulk-in TIMEOUT
:error when trying to write an ISO image to my USB CD-RW. This CD-RW, and
:a USB printer, are connected via a USB 2.0 PCI card. After getting the
:error message, the machine reboots on its own.
:
:I have made little changes to the GENERIC kernel. I added the ehci and
:USB_DEBUG options. (I'd like to send the output of USB_DEBUG, but where
:is the log file?)
:
:Thanks for your help,
:Dave

:Dmesg reports:

It's fine. Normally people post bugs to the bugs@ list but don't worry
    about it.

Try ripping out 'device ehci'. This will cause the USB2.0 ports to revert
to USB1.1. EHCI has known problems with a number of chipsets and should
    be considered experiemental.
