Initial preview of pf for DragonFly available

I've just tested our work... it works. I haven't successfully gotten it to
crash yet.

Note that all ALTQ functionality has been removed from the current sources.
The parser will not recognize any ALTQ rules and will probably barf if it
sees them. ALTQ support is something that will be worked on soon in the
future.

I'd also like to refer people to http://www.the-bofh.org/projects/pf4df/ for
up-to-date information on the project (building from the current CVS
repository, any quirks, etc.
