True, since you need to set your whole tag to a specific date which includes
said older version. And thereby moving any other files changed back to that
date as well.
However, the average Joe Schmoe doesn't want a repository directory. I'd
say: make the checkout style the default and comment the necessary options
for the CVS repository fetching.
