Installer RC2 w/ DragonFly RC2

    I am going to commit the installer's nrelease/Makefile changes right
    now.  The package support is a bit ad-hoc so I will probably make another 
    followup commit to add a target to download them, and a third target
    to supply the correct package list to build an installed-enabled ISO.

    I believe we will be able to ship the official ISO with the installer
    integrated in and I will be spending most of today looking at it.
