dfports snafu

Hi,

I notice that many ports in the dfports tree don't use the
bsd.dfport.(pre|post).mk makefiles, which causes relpath to fail, since
PORTSDIR then is still set to /usr/ports when it should be set to
/usr/dfports when the override is in effect.

This is causing much havoc on building ports (and dfports) from a clean
dfly install.

Will people that create new override ports keep this in mind? I'll try
to locate the "offenders" and fix them, and post a patch after I'm done
testing.
