    No oxygen = no fire (which is why the oven door locks when you do a
    cleaning cycle)... but there's lots of smoke.

    Another day and my kitchen will be back to normal.  But I had to wipe
    down pretty much everything, including the ceiling.  Ain't gonna be no
    repeat!  I've learned by lesson :-)
