HEADS UP: CVS import

    -R and -g support is fairly critical too.   -R, -g, diff -j, 
    CVSHeader ($DragonFly$ tags support!), Template, etc...
     
    Actually, all the freebsd-specific changes to the base cvs dist are
    important.  We use all of them.
