Need help with non-working adduser...

:Well, I took the plunge and installed today's snapshot.

:Adduser doesn't go past asking my user name.  It is stuck in a loop 
:where it keeps asking over and over again.

    Hmm.  There are a couple of possibilities.  If you installed over
    4.x there could still be a bunch of 4.x cruft left over on the machine.

    Post a cut and paste of the terminal showing the problem.
