HEADS UP! Primary site's T1 is back online

    The T1 for the DragonFly machines has finally been reprovisioned.  The
    The primary site is now back to full speed.  Thanks for your patience!

    The new T1 doesn't go through 20 miles of wiring so there are fewer
    repeaters, reducing ping times by a whole 1 millisecond! (from 5 to 4),
    and it has more direct internet connectivity (one less hop) then the
    old one.
