/usr/dports now exists

Yeah, I saw the message with it being named dfports; was suggesting it
nontheless.  Rather than having a ton of /usr/*ports dirs, why not have
/usr/ports/*?  Or would that break a bunch of stuff that you'd rather not
recode?
