Any interest in updating the routing engine?

There's a ton of papers of new routing code and ways to do
routing/networking which never got applied much in the BSD world.  It
has always been one of my dreams to work on that stuff, but I got
distracted by toolchains.

I'll put out a list of interesting papers for the ones eager to work on
this.
