merging kern_{send,recv}msg() and kern_{write,read}v()

Without too much trouble, I should be able to merge these in-kernel syscalls
to cut down on the amount of code shared between sys_generic.c and
uipc_syscalls.c.

Is there a compelling reason not to do this?
