Actually, Microsoft did not break the license: I am sure the "Copyright
Berkeley" etc. message is either in the soure or the manuals.

What Microsoft has not done is taken BSD code and claimed they wrote it
(yet). That would be "relicensing" and it would violate the BSD
license, wouldn't it?
