"make includes" problem.

Of course, to think otherwise would suggest that my brains are functioning
at 100%, which is clearly not the case.

In case that last sentence made no sense (which wouldn't surprise me), you
were correct in assuming that I forgot to mkdir /usr/include.  Sometimes
it's the stupid things.
