More build issues.

    I added some rm -f's to the includes install to get rid of obsolete 
    include files from prior to my last set of changes.

    p.s. what we are really doing here is conforming to FreeBSD-5.x, at
    least from the userland perception.  I didn't use FreeBSD-5.x's 
    silly '_types.h' and related silly names for the new <machine/*.h> files
    though.
