Linux Base 8 now works

Thanks to recent mmap2() support...

The linux_base-8 port installs, however it is rather noisy when it tries
to chown a number of files to rpm.rpm if you don't have an rpm user and
group.  Tested with linux-mozilla, linux-opera, linux-netscape7.  The
linux base system seems to work, eg. ls, which mostly uses the older
mmap(). Thus, I don't think I've introduced any regressions.

The linux-sun-jdk1.4.2 port doesn't seem very happy, but I don't have linux
procfs mounted. That'll be my next experiment.
