Is there any chance that SATA will be supported in the near future? After
I got my new machine I am locked out of many interesting things...

FreeBSD 4.8 does not work, same with DragonFlyBSD.
FreeBSD 4.9 works.
FreeBSD 5.1 works.
Fedora Core Test 3 works.

That's about it.

How hard would it be to get the code from 4.9 into DragonFlyBSD for
someone who is not really a kernel developer?
