KDE compiles

. /configure -build i386-unknown-freebsd4.8 --with-extra-libs=/usr/local/lib --with-extra-includes=/usr/local/include

Seems to configure arts for me.  I suspect that + LD_LIBRARY_PATH gets the
Qt problems taken care of.
