    There are some glitches that still need to be worked out.  What it needs
    to do is run the dhclient script, not actually start dhclient if it
    has been disabled.  We need another state.

    In this case the problem is that the dhclient script returns a failure
    code when it really wants to say "dhcp is irrelevant with this 
    configuration".

    I'll commit a fix.
