New 'vx' and 'lnc' driver

I think either VMWare or VirtualPC uses the lnc driver for its built-in
NIC.  Good way to test.  Don't have time myself right now to do so.
	I will test it with VMWare-4 sometime in the coming (Mon/Tue)
	week.  If I recall correctly, VMWare-4 has better Lance/LNC
	emulation.
