Cheesy, unchecked, but here is an attempt.  It goes to
www.dragonflybsd.org/favicon.ico and this should go in the head section of
each web page, as I understand it: 

<link rel="icon" href="favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">
