Announcing shell machine availability for dragonfly developers

I'm not sure what you consider to be 'somewhat active.' I believe I
posted a time of two, but I haven't really felt the need to say anything
yet (either lack of technical expertise of it was already said.)

I do plan on working on some drivers and contributing.

I also would like to take this opportunity to thank you for starting
this project. Ever since I upgraded from 5.1 to 4.8, I dreaded the day
when 4.x whould no longer be supported.
