CVS restructuring complete except for loose ends and modules

    All right, the major work is done and cvsup is operational again.

    I'll be cleaning up loose ends (LINT and buildworld) the rest of the day.

    For the module build my idea is to just allow one to type 'make' in any
    subdirectory of sys that represents a module, or in 'sys' itself to
    build all modules.  One would be able to build modules relative to
    particular configurationss using the KERNCONF mechanism.  e.g. we 
    have the buildkernel mechanism and now we would create a buildmodule
    mechanism.  KERNCONF and BUILDKERNELS would be supported.
