sysinstall exists?

I am working at cleaning out left-over references to sysinstall in the
handbook.

I see the sysinstall man page is available via web interface and I see
src/share/man/man5/rc.conf.5 mentions sysinstall.

But according to cvs, sysinstall appears to be removed.

Is there any sysinstall? (I hope not.)

If no, I will also check and fix man pages too.
