German FAQ

[Hummel Tom]

For the German people who don't happen to speak English, Español,
Français, 汉语 or 中文, Lietuvių, Nederlands, 日本語, Norsk or Русский,
there's now a German translation of the FAQ.

Since I changed the keyboard layout to De_de while writing, I did and
discovered alot of y<==>z typos, hope catched all of the other awkward
mistakes I did as well.
