The handbook doesn't speak much of install methods other than 
"Installation from CD" (chapter 2). 
For hardware that doesn't do PXE by itself, a grub floppy lets you boot 
off a tftp-serving dfly system, like the upcoming pxe-savvy installer 
CD.

I think this fits best in chapter 2, though it's also relevant to 19.7 
"Diskless Operation".

While it probably works for anyone with experience, it's just a rescue 
disk (as advertised) and not an installer.
Perhaps it's best to wait for the pxe-serving Installer before updating 
the Handbook.
