    libc: Remove obsolete CWARNFLAGS hack for gdtoa sources
    
    The CWARNFLAGS was added to replace the warning flags with `-w` to
    disable all warnings for the contributed gdtoa sources. It turned out
    this hack is no longer needed, so just remove it.
