git: dsynth - Apply the "debug" directive to ports-mgmt/pkg

    dsynth - Apply the "debug" directive to ports-mgmt/pkg
    
    The debug directive was not being applied to ports-mgmt/pkg,
    so we couldn't retain the mounts for debugging purposes when
    explicitly building that target.
    
    Adjust the (s4) string to recognize multiple flags, since fixing
    this requires two flags to be passed in.
