    kern: Further clean up md5c.c and <sys/md5.h>
    
    * No need to rename MD5Transform() and MD5Pad() to avoid libmd conflict,
      because libmd has been removed in 2019.
    * Use explicit_bzero() to zero sensitive 'x'.
    * Remove unnecessary casts.
    * Use standard 'uint32_t' instead of 'u_int32_t'.
    * Remove obsolete code and comment from <sys/md5.h>.
