    gcc47: Minor cleanups to makefiles
    
    - Remove unused LIBSUPCPP and GTFILES_SRCDIR.
    - Include <bsd.subdir.mk> instead of <bsd.obj.mk> for cc_tools/Makefile
      to make more sense.
