    nvmm(4): Explicitly handle NULL fp in dfbsd_nvmm_open()
    
    Although devfs_set_cdevpriv() would check fp == NULL and return ENOENT
    in that case, explicitly handle it here for clarity.  Also, directly
    free the allocated 'owner' instead of calling dfbsd_nvmm_dtor().
