    gcc120: Adjust LDADD and add DPADD for libstdcxx/product
    
    * Adjust LDADD to move '-lm' out of --whole-archive scope, aligning with
      the GCC's own Makefile rules.
    * Add DPADD to define the necessary library dependencies.
