git: getopt(3): Recognize 'option::' for optional argument

    getopt(3): Recognize 'option::' for optional argument
    
    If the option is followed by two colons, then the option argument is
    optional.  This is a GNU extension.
    
    Obtained from NetBSD via FreeBSD (revision 267745).
